Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests for eligible products within 30 days from the confirmed delivery date. Items must be unused, unopened, free from damage, and returned in their original packaging with all labels, manuals, accessories, and promotional items included. Products returned in incomplete or altered condition may be declined after inspection.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, certain categories are non-returnable. These may include opened skincare products, cosmetics, food items, supplements, intimate goods, customized merchandise, gift cards, downloadable products, scratched SaaS activation cards, and any item marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

3. Return Request Procedure

To begin a return, please contact our support team with your order number, full name, and reason for return. In some cases, photo evidence may be requested to verify shipping damage or incorrect items. Once approved, we will provide instructions for pickup or return shipment depending on your location and product category.

4. Inspection & Approval

All returned merchandise is reviewed after arrival at our processing facility. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products showing signs of use, tampering, missing components, accidental damage, or misuse. If a return does not meet policy requirements, the item may be sent back to the customer.

5. Refund Processing

Since original payments are completed through Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are generally issued through secure bank transfer or another verified payment method approved by our team. Customers may be asked to provide accurate account details. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after final approval.

6. Shipping Charges

Original shipping fees, expedited delivery charges, or optional handling services are normally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error, defective merchandise, or an incorrect shipment. Return courier fees may also apply where permitted by law.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Prompt reporting helps us investigate courier issues quickly and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

8. Policy Updates

We may revise this Return & Refund Policy periodically to reflect operational updates, legal obligations, or customer service improvements. The most current version published on our website will apply to future purchases.
